Who We Are
Hillside Beef is a family ranching operation, raising Angus and Wagyu cattle in the surrounding hills of Fredericksburg, Texas. Our cattle are grass fed on open range pastures, free from artificial hormones, fed antibiotics and steroids. Hillside Beef is available as a seasonal product.
Our beef is processed at a local USDA certified butchering plant that has served the Hill Country for over 25 years. We dry age our beef 18 to 21 days to enhance flavor and tenderness.
