Who We Are

Hillside Beef is a family ranching operation, raising Angus cattle in the surrounding hills of Fredericksburg, Texas. Our cattle are grass fed and grass finished on open range pastures, free from artificial hormones, fed antibiotics and steroids. Hillside Beef is available as a seasonal product.

Our beef is processed at a USDA certified butchering plant. We dry age our beef 14 to 21 days to enhance flavor and tenderness.
