Last Farmer's Market for the Year!

Please join us this Thursday at Pioneer Museum from 4 til dark for the last farmer's market of the season.  We will have a full selection of all of our cuts as well as 2 whole tenderloins that would be great for a Christmas dinner.

New retail location at Ranch Road Roasters

We are very excited to partner up with Ranch Road Roasters to sell our beef in a retail location on Main Street.  They have a selection of grassfed beef steaks, ground beef, and roasts at their location at 338 W. Main Street (close to Milam and Main).  They are open Wednesday thru Saturday 8 to 2.  Not only can you get your grassfed beef and locally roasted coffee there, but they also have Josh Raymer's artisan bread and scones as well as Pontotoc Winery's Tempranillo wine.

Shares of Beef Now Available

Our next upcoming butcher date is July 15, 2014.  We have shares available from a 20 lb. family pack on up to a half side of beef.   This will be our last butcher date until this Fall, so please call or email to get your name on the list!
